CANDYNATS – Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending CANDYNATS, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

CANDYNATS is a controlled motorsport-style event. Entry is at your own risk.

All attendees, participants, and spectators must comply with event rules, venue regulations, and directions from event staff.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that motorsport and automotive events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle collisions
• Mechanical failure
• Injury or property damage

By attending or participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

3. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CANDYNATS, its organisers, staff, contractors, sponsors, and venue operators are not liable for:

• Personal injury or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Any indirect or consequential loss

This applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

4. Participant Responsibilities

All drivers and participants must:

• Ensure their vehicle is safe and compliant
• Follow all track rules and safety instructions
• Hold any required licences or approvals

CANDYNATS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant deemed unsafe.

5. Spectator Conduct

Spectators must:

• Remain in designated areas
• Follow safety signage and instructions
• Not enter restricted zones

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

6. Event Changes

CANDYNATS reserves the right to:

• Modify the event format or schedule
• Cancel or postpone due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed at the organiser's discretion unless required by law.

Transfers of entries may be accepted under organisers review with a $150 administration fee.

8. Privacy

By attending, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the CANDYNATS Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

10. Alcohol Policy

Anyone participating in on track activities must have a ZERO BAC (blood alcohol concentration) at all times.

Media Release Consent

By attending or participating in CANDYNATS, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photography, video recording, and live streaming may occur at the event
• Your image, likeness, voice, and vehicle may be captured

You grant CANDYNATS the unrestricted right to:

• Use this content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes
• Share content across social media, websites, advertising, and partner channels

This use is:

• Worldwide
• Ongoing
• Royalty-free

You waive any right to:

• Inspect or approve final materials
• Receive compensation for use of content

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify event organisers in writing prior to the event.
