Things to know
Sign on & wristbands
All Drivers, VIP/VVIP Spectators and Passengers must sign on at the QR Sign-In Registration Office to complete CandyNats registration and Queensland Raceway waivers.
- Passenger passes can be purchased on the day at the QR Sign-In Registration Office
- There is no obligation on any driver to accept passengers
No wristband — no track activity
Passenger age limits
- Cruise session — minimum age 4
- Full Send session — minimum age 16
Aged under 18?
A legal guardian/parent with proof of relationship to the under-18-year-old must be provided, including driver's licence, Medicare card listing the guardian/parent and the under-18-year-old named, plus where applicable a student photo ID.
Friends of family / mates cannot sign a waiver.
Passengers in Full Send sessions
As per your ticket purchase information, you are required to wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt and closed shoes, and wear a helmet. You are welcome to provide your own helmet, otherwise these are available from QR.
No refund if you forget to bring the safety clothing
Media
This is a public event and your images may appear in public forums.
Wet weather
Unless requested by Queensland Raceway, CandyNats will run in wet weather.
Alcohol
No alcohol or glass shall be brought into the venue. Any alcohol purchased must be drunk inside the bar area and is for non-drivers only.
Food
There will be a number of options for food from a variety of food trucks and the QR Café.
Behaviour
No rude, disrespectful or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated. You will be removed from the premises.
Kids Zone
Free entertainment is supplied for kids. Please enjoy this area safely — adult supervision of your child is expected.
